Apricot & Date Bars

I've been meaning to make these bars for a while and finally got round to it and they didn't disappoint. 










They contain only 4 ingredients and are refined sugar free. 

To make them all you need is 
75g of dried apricots 
50g of desiccated coconut 
75g of pitted dates
1 tbsp of coconut oil

Simply blend all the ingredients then place into a lined baking tin. Place in the fridge for around 30 minutes then you can cut them into bars. These need to be stored in the fridge or freezer. I've defrosted one overnight in the fridge and it was just as good. Recipe from @ellysgardenofvegan. I halved the original recipe only because I didn't have enough apricots.
