I've had a bag of quinoa in my cupboard for a long time. I kept meaning to try it out but ultimately it never got used. I happened to notice the best before date was coming up so thought I better actually use it.



So I made quinoa crispies. These are great and so easy to make. Simply cook the quinoa according to the instructions then once cooked transfer to a lined baking tray. Bake at 180 for around 30 minutes turning every 7-8 minutes. 



These are really good and a great alternative to granola. This went down extremely well with Oliver.
